Colonel Daniel Brisbane, special operations officer in the United States Marine Corps, parachutes into hostile territory to bring three Air Force pilots to safety without causing an international incident.
His many years of experience and training have him well equipped for such a perilous mission. Strategically dropped boxes give needed supplies and equipment for the four men as they push each other to find the mountain pass and the freedom they seek in another country.
Capture will lead to torture and eventual death. Daniel vows he will never suffer such treatment, again.
Freedom is twelve miserable days away and finding the mountain pass to freedom will take extraordinary planning, with precise execution and a huge serving of luck.
Can it be done? He is determined to succeed, with the pilots or if he is alone when the mission is completed.
